I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I utilize a strengths-based, client centered approach. I have a forthright and intuitive style, and am a compassionate and non-judgmental listener. I have a logical, scientific, and non-religious approach to therapy. I explore how cultural and familial background play a role in a person's life and worldview. I help people identify patterns of behavior, explore the root causes of these patterns, and change patterns that are no longer serving them. I have a background and specialized training in treating trauma. I am LGBTQIA+ Informed, and am open minded. I am sex positive and kink knowledgeable.
